GroundWork’s mission is to accelerate the success of solar in leading utility-scale energy production. We will maximize solar plant value with defensible and actionable reference solar data. The firm is intensely client-focused, excelling in quick response. Our team has deep expertise on every aspect of the station, from sensors to mounts, communications to loggers. We are a team of versatile, meticulous problem solvers that quickly assess a project’s needs and facilitate its efficient implementation.

GroundWork has performed thousands of station visits and is currently managing 200+ stations. Our fleet of installations spans the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico), Mexico, El Salvador, Chile and Canada. GroundWork offers a wide network of skilled engineers and technicians capable of providing quality installations and diligent operations and maintenance of our clients’ solar monitoring station fleets.

At GroundWork, we believe we must take climate action through reducing carbon use. We take pride in doing our small part to move the needle. Our professional team and dynamic partners are passionate about the gigawatts of utility-scale solar and wind power built with our data. To date, GroundWork has directly contributed to the successful financing and installation of over 35GW of solar power in North America, and counting!
