About Ann Will
Ann is a dynamic leader whose vision, instincts and operational expertise came together when she founded GroundWork in 2009. Her career spans investment banking, interactive marketing, and renewable energy. Prior to founding the Company, Ann was an Executive Vice President with iCrossing, an interactive agency where she was instrumental in the sale of Proxicom to iCrossing. She began her career as an investment banker with Prudential Securities. Ann has a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
She is at home in Monterey and enjoys running the local trails and beaches with her dogs Cosmo and Grizzly, cooking and eating food with friends, and spending time with her friends and family, Dominic and Lucia.
