Corrine Rivera Dooraghi

Field Logistics Manager

Corrine acts as a bridge between GroundWork’s Program Managers and Field Technicians; managing the logistics and scheduling for GR’s field projects. She joined the team in 2022. It was not only the environmentally focused mission that attracted Corrine to seek a position with GroundWork, she was strongly drawn by the culture of friendship and community that exists across GR’s dedicated team.

Prior to joining GroundWork, Corrine spent the last 17 years as a public policy advisor, legislative advocate, and ballot initiatives campaign strategist for progressive issues including economic, reproductive, state fiscal, and public health policies. Corrine has a Master’s Degree in Political Science, with a focus on the defense of direct democracy from the University of Colorado.

Corrine is a 7th generation Colorado native. After growing up and raising her children in Denver, she moved to the Arkansas River Valley to the town of Buena Vista, CO in 2019. She and her husband, Mike D took on the great adventure of building their own home while living in their camper through nearly 3 winters in the high Rockies at 8300 feet. They have finished building their dream home and they are now enjoying all that the Valley has to offer – including mountain biking, river rafting, skiing, and hiking. They have two adult children; Forest who runs a theater at the Denver Center for Performing Arts, and Quinn who is studying Aerospace Engineering at CU Boulder.
