About Dillon Green
Dillon is a GroundWorkâs manager of Revenue Operations, where he brings his background in renewable energy policy, energy finance, and sustainability to his work. He joined the company as an intern on the ESG team while still a graduate student, and was later brought on full-time after graduating. Before going back to school, Dillon served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Peopleâs Republic of China where he lived and taught in a small mining town of 600,000 people. Here he gained valuable communication and problem-solving skills that he applies to his work daily.
Dillon lives in Oakland, CA and enjoys reading or spending time outdoors, particularly on his bike. He holds a masterâs degree in Environmental Policy, Sustainability Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a bachelorâs degree in Political Science from UCLA.
