Lesa Duval

Lesa works as a Field Quality Control Engineer for Groundwork. She provides support to the Field team to ensure organizational standards and best practices are met for each project. She collaborates with internal team members while providing feedback on standard procedures and project recommendations.

Lesa graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell with her Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to Groundwork, Lesa worked in an electric utility company providing support to engineers and field technicians on design tasks, preparing reports, and running tests to deliver strategic solutions aligned with business goals and emerging technologies.

In her free time, she uses her keen eye for detail to shop for unique fashion pieces. She loves art, canvas paintings, fashion and interior design.
