About Morgan Rogge
Morgan began her career at GroundWork in 2013 and previously served as the Director of Project Management. In her Client Services role, it is her privilege to engage with both new and seasoned GroundWork clients and make sure our services meet and exceed all expectations. Her responsibilities also include business development, client account management, and supporting our stellar project management team. She particularly enjoys shepherding clients from the sales stage through project execution, and then witnessing as their projects are financed, constructed and finally go operational. Building long-lasting relationships with her client contacts is the cherry on top.
Morgan holds a BA in Biology from Middlebury College, as well as an MBA and an MA in International Environmental Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. The reference solar data industry complements Morgan’s academic concentration in international business, energy finance and renewable energy policy.
Morgan is at home in Santa Cruz, CA where she enjoys reading, eating good food, and spending time outdoors with her family – biking, hiking, camping and beach-ing. These days most of her free time is spent chasing her twin girls, and drinking lots and lots of coffee to stay fueled while doing so.
